Meet our team:

Licensed Optician

Pam has been a licensed Optician for 20 years, most of that time with Downtown Eyes Vision Clinic. She is an active member of the College of Opticians of Alberta. She has three great children: Cory, Chelsey, and Shelby.

Pam is very professional and yet you will find her easy going. She keeps up to date on the latest in eye wear trends and technology. Whether helping with frame selection, specialty lens choices, or working in the lens lab, she always has a positive attitude. You can tell she enjoys helping patients make the right eye wear choices.

Eyewear Specialist

Lori's career in the Eye Care Industry got started in Saskatchewan. She has been with Downtown Eyes Vision Clinic for more than 15 years. She has two children: Amber and Bailee, and one grandchild - Jaxton.

Lori is very versatile. She is equally adept at helping with frame and lens selection, edging lenses into frames, and doing pre-testing. Most of all, she is a good listener and you'll know she cares.

Sheila has been at Downtown Eyes for the past three years. She comes to us having been a service advisor in the car industry.

Sheila is our full time receptionist. She also does contact lens training. You can tell she likes her job and wants to do things right. She is keen to learn all facets of the Eye Care field and continues to make great strides. She will do whatever it takes to accommodate patients and make their experience in our office a happy one.
